What we do

Two seasons. One crew.

From the first mow in spring to the last snowfall in April, the same people take care of your property, on a schedule you don't have to manage.

01Lawn mowing

Mowing on a schedule you never have to think about.

We put your yard on a set route and mow weekly or every other week, from the first cut in spring until the grass stops growing in fall. One-time mows are available too.

Every visit includes [confirm list]

  • Mowing front, back and side yards
  • Trimming along fences, beds and the house
  • Edging along the driveway and sidewalks
  • Blowing clippings off drives, walks and patios

Weekly or every other week?

Grass grows fastest in late spring and early summer. Weekly keeps it sharp all season. Every other week suits slower lawns and leaves it a bit longer between cuts.

The one-third rule

Cutting off more than a third of the grass blade at once stresses the lawn and browns it out. A regular schedule keeps every cut small.

Around three inches tall

Most lawns here are cool-season grass like Kentucky bluegrass. Kept near three inches, it shades out weeds and holds moisture through dry spells.

Rain delays

If rain moves in, we shift your mow to the next dry day instead of rutting a wet lawn.

02Snow removal

Your driveway cleared all winter. No shovel required.

Recurring customers are on the route for every snowfall. No calling around after a storm, and no waiting to get on someone's list.

What we clear

  • Your driveway, any size and any surface
  • The public sidewalk along your property
  • Your front walk and steps

Why a blower, not a plow

A snow blower throws snow clear of the driveway instead of pushing it into piles. No wall of snow at the end of the drive, and no banks shrinking it all winter.

Gravel driveways

Gravel needs the blower set higher so the rocks stay put. That's why the quote form asks what your driveway is made of.

Minot's 72-hour rule

City code gives property owners 72 hours after a storm ends to clear public sidewalks, or face a fine (Minot Code Sec. 28-87). Add the sidewalk to your plan and it's covered.

When we come

After every snowfall of [2 inches] or more, we work through the route until everyone on it is clear.
